TERROIR: Mediterranean climate, vineyard in the foothills of the Massif Central. Stoney ground.

TRAINING THE VINES: Carignan goblet pruned, Syrah partially goblet and partially cordon trained, Mourvèdre cordon trained.

PRODUCTION: 3000 bottles

VINIFICATION: Hand picking, grape varieties vinified separately.

ELEVAGE: On the lees in full tanks with regular stirring, malolactic fermentation.

OF INTEREST: The wine is called “La Suite dans les Idées“ because after Comme à Cayenne (grenache-based), Les Cerises (syrah-based) and Sirop (100% alicante), we needed the next idea – La Suite dans les Idées (Mourvèdre-based).
